Cuds on coins has no listings for 1970-d so I was curious as to what others thought?

IMHO, it seems like the damage excludes this one from being able to make a determination.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

For sure there is mechanical damage, the question for me (and @pete) is just whether there was an underlying die chip that is now obscured.
