To CCF! This is just glue on the reverse of your coin. It should come off in an Acetone soak. Use 100 percent pure Acetone and not nail polish remover. Definitely not worth getting it graded, as it's not an error. Only worth face value.

looks like a lot of dried glue is on this cent and another cent obverse was stuck to it while it dried, maybe it was done several times to create this.

glue. If acetone doesn't do it try water soak. This gets a lot of first timers. We see a lot of these here.
