looking at several of these graded 66 and 67 from PCGS and NCG. this coin may not make 66. all of them seem to have well struck hair where this coin exhibits some weakness there. the shoulders were all clean with no marks and none had the discoloration seen here.

the coin in 66RD is only about $10. this one may not pull the RD color. i'd call it MS65RB. at most MS66RD depending on what those discoloration areas look like in hand. lighting and photo could be making it look worse than it actually is. even at 67RD the coin would be about the $15 range
