Good morning, I've had in my collection a J Star Note with a 250,000 low run size. It had been stored in a proper holder, yet it was previously circulated. Any idea on worth? Thank you for your time

The 2013 Kansas City Ace is the key replacement note for the series. Uncirculated examples can sell for hundreds of dollars. Given the condition of your note, I'd estimate the value between $5 - $20. I'm guessing that most serious star note collectors already have an example. These were hot in 2016 and 2017 when they were printed and released, and most of the hype has calmed down. I'd keep it if I found it in circulation but I wouldn't pursue it for purchase because of its condition.
