2007-S-Proof-Cent-Die-Crack?

In my 2007 silver proof set, what is that under the liberty? the horizontal line is a scratch on the holder reflected in the coin. but there is a v shape? any ideas? worth anything? I know it is a small error, but this is a proof mirror coin.

Thanks in advanced

it looks like air-bubbles, but they follow a line to perfectly, and connected by a hairline line

It's trapped gas under the plating. First example I've seen on a proof coin, but that is what it is. It's not a die issue as you can even see it through devices. Just seems stronger on your proof coin. Here is an example on a circulated coin.

Nothing worse then trapped gas. I do agree with the prognosis however. : )
