The clashes are normal enough, and so is the off-center strike, but I can't get my head around exactly how that denticle double materialized on the obverse.

A Mad strike but possible a form of collar clash imprinted the denticals onto the die in a new location?

There's also a Die Crack on the obverse as well.

I think a MAD/collar clash is a good possibility.

That's a nice looking piece with the double looking dentical issue and clashing.
