This turned up in a general coin shop, completely unattributed. About 17.5 by 15.5 mm, with the weight coming in at 3.58 grams. The depiction of Pegasus led me to first believe it was Greek, but the research I've done suggests it's a denarius of Q. Titius (circa 90 BC). Am I correct in my identification?

I've found a listing for this on a website that shows it cataloged as Crawford 341/2. The personage on the obverse is identified as Bacchus/Liber. It appears to me that this may be a relatively scarce issue.

That's a cool find for a general coin shop LC!
