i just sold my British Trade dollar , and after the buyer received it he said the coin was a forgery , and it was a bad cast here is the coin , can someone tell me if he is telling the truth
Sadly I think they are right. The fuzziness of the central circle on the reverse as well as the bubbly nature of the fields strongly suggest a cast copy. Sorry!
Good looking coin, but can't comment on authenticity on eyeball alone. But it doesn't matter who's correct -- it's not really a fight you can win. You can't leave a possible counterfeit out there with your name and reputation attached to it.

Were these the pictures it was sold as? I can't really tell for sure that it's cast, just by looking at these pics. So if there are signs in-hand that it's cast, or it's the wrong weight (or some other obvious clue), then it's understandable the buyer didn't know beforehand.
