I've got an ANACS graded 1879-CC F12 Capped Die and there is a discrepancy between the label on the holder and ANACS database. The label lists the coin as 'cleaned' but the database does not. I called ANACS and the girl on the phone said I should send in the picture of the label and that they will then align the database to match. They also offered to regrade the coin for free due to the discrepancy. My initial thought is to have PCGS or NGC grade the coin. It looks cleaned to my untrained eye, but because of the possible value, I'm thinking about sending it in for grading.
