Matthew, these miniatures have been produced for decades - they have no numismatic premium. Generally they are not 24K gold, although I am not familiar with this particular presentation. IF it is 24K gold, the 0.6 g weight translates to about $37 at today's spot price for gold.
I have one of these that was included in a trade. Supposedly 14K (yeah right), 0.17g, 8mm. My phone wasn't able to take very good pics of this little thing. But even if the 14K is correct, that means this is 0.085g of gold worth slightly over $5.

Personally, I would step away from it.

If true, you're exactly at the break-even point.

@Matthew23: You likely already know it, but your piece was not struck by the US Mint, and it's not a coin - it's a private mint medal with a design made to resemble a real US coin.

I'm probably going to pass on it, it was distributed by the National collectors mint.

just want to point out many coins plated with 24k gold are marked (incorrectly and misleadingly) 24k

National collectors mint is in the same ballpark as Bradford IMHO.You might even put Littleton in there too, along with a few TV coin shows trying to sell stuff to uninformed grandparents...so sad.

Junk. Even Littelton wouldn't sink this low. Well, maybe they would.
