Does anyone else become annoyed at people who submit auctions on ebay that are mis-represented etc such as this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/10-Australia-NO...ER_W0QQitemZ150335542630QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Coins_Australian?hash=item150335542630&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66:2%7C65:1%7C39:1%7C240:1318

clearly NOT the last prefix $10 note.

Could you be a little more specific about what the problem is? I don't understand.

Where does the seller say that it's a Last Prefix? I can't see any reference to that in his listing.

Now, having said that, from what I can see, it is in fact an AB33, and on P104 of the latest Maccas guide 16th
Edition, that is a Last Prefix (First Release)

What do you see as being the problem?

Sorry, I was using this as an example.

The last prefix for this "first release" $10 note (AB33) needs to have a 93, 94 or a 96 as the next two digits in the serial number for it to qualify. Those three sets of numbers identify this and all others as "first release".

The second release last prefix is AB57.

I appologise for creating confusion. I was just venting after looking at a number of notes and coins on ebay that were not accurately described.

And he has quoted value as if it was a last prefix, that is what SPG meant. This note is worth $25.
