Hard to tell much with photos that aren't well cropped. Looks to be perhaps a casting and maybe also a little too perfectly round to be genuine. I'd want to know how it was acquired before I gave it any credence.

Your "ancient coin" is, unfortunately, a replica. It is trying to imitate a silver coin of ancient Babylon under Greek rule, but the design details are just wrong.
