It weighs around 3.25 grams which I think is heavy..It looks old but could be a good reproduction but I'm just wondering if it's real? I got it in a collection of other coins all of which were legit but this one baffles me. Also...it's not really a rarity I don't thing so wondering why someone would make a fake.
So ya...if anybody could opine on the genuineness of this piece it would be appreciated.

It looks perfectly alright. These coins were milled, so they usually look good. The nominal weight for the double tournois was 3.14 grams so 3.25 grams is completely within limits.

I have zero experience with this type of coin so my opinion means very little. However my first impression was that it looks like a crudely cast coin from a sand mold. A coin that my gut tells me to walk away from.

I have a couple of double tournois, although they are a bit later and more worn than yours. 1626 and 1633

The OP coin looks genuine with a grade of EF details, corroded surfaces. Probably dug up.
