Hi everybody, I have this 2005 Canadian dime that I was wondering if it had a minting error or what it is. I've never seen this before. But I'm not a expert by any means. I'm just curious. Thank you. I hope you can see the picture clearly. Have a nice day everyone.

Since 2000 our small coins are steel with plating..
The steel is rusting and blistered on your coin...very common thing these days

Rusting from the inside out, get your buck or two before it's gone.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
