I think you need a pair of better pictures in indirect natural light.
The definition on Jefferson's hair looks pretty good, ponytail and tie look decent, too. Monticello appears well struck with clear windows and doors, and the triangle above the door seems complete. However, the center door looks worn or faded, but I think that might be the picture quality and not the coin itself. The steps are atrocious, but that's the life of an 84 year old nickel.
Looks like maybe the Reverse of 1940, but I can't quite make out the tip of the S in Pluribus.
I would say EF45 and maybe AU50. If the center door is truly worn and that's not just the image quality, then considerably lower.
