I went thru a brand new roll of 2022 pennys and noticed this crack down the "W" and the top of Lincolns head. Is this considered a "die crack"? Also, is it possible to have 16 pennies all with the same crack? I didn't want to attach them all but I did attach a few of them with various degrees of the crack. The first ones are very prominant(#1- #4). the last two are somewhat faded(#15 & #16)

Nice die crack, aka a spike head. Not uncommon to find a few in the same roll.

@cle, that is a very interesting find. One small point is that since die cracks are progressive, the examples with smaller cracks were actually struck first, whereas the coin with the longest one was struck last from this batch.

Check to see if it's listed on Cuds-on-Coins/Broken Die Errors.
