Please take a look at this 1989 penny with I believe some DDR and also MD. Need a little help. I looked at the 1989 Wexler DD and I can see some similarities in some of the listings but none that fully have all the doubling on this coin. Almost all features on the reverse have some doubling.

The one I had the biggest question on is the first photo after the full images, The top of the building looks close to double die at least as close as I have found. Does this fall in the die bounce description? Thanks.
