Here's my best guess, from the images:
1900 DC-15b Boville 25 Cent:
The edges look suspicious. They're dark & uneven plus the note has two pinholes (or staple holes) on top right. Lots of little spots, stains, etc make this note look like an 'apparent' VF to me. The note loses EPQ (original) designation due to the holes.

1923 DC-25o Campbell-Clark $1.00 E prefix:
There's several regions on this note which appear to have stains which were removed (diminished). On the front lower right border (next to the 1 Marker) there's a dark enough stain to see easily, on the reverse about 3 diminished stains on the top border. All these point to a washed note. Plus the note looks pressed. The design looks pretty good considering the fact that it looks so processed so perhaps Fine 18 or Apparent VF20?

1923 DC-26i Campbell-Sellar $2.00 Group 2 Blue Seal:
This note looks like it had worse stains than the $1.00 & less successful washing (especially on the reverse). Take a close look at the blue seal & you will see areas where the design looks diminished/worn. Take a look at the flattened folds that have clearly been pressed (horizontal across the face/front). This was a "Fine" with edge nicks, stains, soiling. Not sure what # (grade) they'd award this note but its definitely been processed.

As @hfjacinto stated, they're all tough notes (except perhaps the black seal) but they had issues/problems which were later doctored (except perhaps the 25 cent).

I appreciate your thoughts @walk2dwater. You sure have a keen eye for this, I didn't notice any of the things you pointed out.
I have to admit that I'm a bit upset that some of these maybe/are processed! I purchased these notes when I was in high school (1980's) from what I thought was a reputable coin/currency store in my city! I put them away for safe keeping and dug them out recently after I retired. The only information I wrote down back then was that they graded the DC-15b at VF+ and that I paid $35, DC-25o I didn't write a grade down but I paid $21.00 and DC-26i I didn't write a grade down but I paid $42.

Don't be too hard on yourself. See my thread on my personal collection & there's about dozen notes I bought far over graded (& didn't catch it). It really takes time to find the "tells" of a processed note.

Most sellers won't disclose issues such as the ones I described on VF or lower, especially if they described them as "circulated" or they're in a special section such as "No Returns" etc. You may have wrote the grades you thought they were.

Prices sound fairly consistent for those because they were tougher to source back then. Grading was often very inaccurate amongst coin dealers back then. I remember hearing a lot of "about VF, perhaps" when I went to a few dealers. [That's a pretty broad range, inequivecal & safe statement] Only a few paper dealers (like Don Olmstead at conventions) graded well when I got active in my 2nd phase of collecting (1990's to 2000).
