Yokozuna, Beautiful job with the overlay. But as I look at what CoinHI and Tanman are saying it does seem to make more sense that the "E" from OLE may be the culprit. I took a really in depth look at the coin this evening and It seems my clash is incused just like the letter "E" and the small line that looked rounded is actually on the rounded cheek of Washington and gives the impression it is rounded. The more I examine the small line clash it seems to me it could be more a partial straight line that looks rounded. Could you put together an inlay that would line up the "E" as stated by CoinHI and Tanman? You do such a great job and I am a hack as I am just starting out with overlays. This has the highest probability of what happened to my coin. Next week I am going to send it to AIG for grading using an artificial intelligence scan and eliminate human error on this one. Thank you everyone for your knowledge and interst in my coin.

Personally I do not see a Die Clash here, and plus a roteted Die Clash OffSet?. If the collars band do not move, the Hammer do not strike on those new presses. So practically it is imposible.

Second on overlay nothing match and it is rise. Some debris let marks on the Die and after has rise press? I doubt but this could be alternative, but also on this is questioned because the life average of a Die it is 20 min to max 40 min and at a frequency of 750 coins a min, the Die will not be internally heat enought to be able to let marks.

I do not have knowleadge that Q&A give those diagnostics and also by internet. Do really Ken answer? Please post the replys.
