This is a 1900 Morgan dollar I was hoping for opinions. Someone told me it might grade MS66 0r MS 67. Is this possible?

With all due respect to whoever graded it, no. Even in the small pics I can see enough chatter on the obverse to keep it from 66, probably even 65. Strong 64, maybe 65, but no better. Here's an MS66 1900 Morgan:

I'd say it looks MS64/65. Really tough to grade that high from pics but the reverse looks 66 and the obverse 64. MS65 is a possibility but MS64 is likely.

It's a very nice coin and worth slabbing if you're into TPG.

P.S. An MS67 grade from a major TPG is extremely rare even on common date Morgans.

For the record, MS67 is Top Pop for 1900-P.
