Even in the small pics I can see enough chatter on the obverse to keep it from 66, probably even 65. Strong 64, maybe 65, but no better. Here's an MS66 1900 Morgan: Report this Post to the Staff
BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 04/01/2009 5:30 pm I'd say it looks MS64/65. Really tough to grade that high from pics but the reverse looks 66 and the obverse 64. MS65 is a possibility but MS64 is likely. It's a very nice coin and worth slabbing if you're into TPG. P.S. An MS67 grade from a major TPG is extremely rare even on common date Morgans.
