samiller513 New Member United States 18 Posts	Posted 09/24/2023 4:10 pm Off center obverse and I'm hesitant to say but DDR? It's very slight but I see some doubling in multiple spots. Can someone confirm? Let me know if additional pictures are needed for this one.
