Off center obverse and I'm hesitant to say but DDR? It's very slight but I see some doubling in multiple spots. Can someone confirm? Let me know if additional pictures are needed for this one. I don't have a coin microscope and I'm still working out how to work the camera on my new Galaxy S23 ultra (amazing camera lol).

I'm under the impression is was a slight hop on the pressing dye since it isn't all the way and there isn't any clear notching present i.e. 90 degree angles anywhere, I suspect usually it's Machine Doubling

A minor Misaligned Die (MAD), and Machine Doubling on the reverse.

Yes a slight MAD, but typically we advise that unless it is severe enough that letters are falling off the edge there isn't a numismatic premium.

I agree with MD on the reverse and minor MAD on obverse. Here are the three reference sites we all need to use to look up doubled dies:
