1965-P Washington Qtr Doubled Or Damaged?

At first glance I thought it was damaged but after the 20th peek at it I think it's actually doubled. The last pic is of DDO from pcgs site. Very similar. Cud Valued Member United States 52 Posts	Posted 09/26/2023 10:06 pm Yeah I'm struggling with the pics tonight lol there's something going on with the "we" also and I can see the faintest doubling on mouth and can't tell on the eye. No other lettering appears doubled. I was also maybe thinking it got stuck and hit 2x? Idk Report this Post to the Staff

It's hard to see in pic but it showed up on the s and r aside from we The other pic on pcgs shows the eye not doubled I think it's all about when and how it was struck with the die?
