That site supports Goodwill which is a good organization. Also, you can find some good deals there on other merchandise. Like the Silvertone electric guitar which cost me $23 + S/H. Or the Minolta MN35Z 20M pixel camera I got for $26. Both items work just fine. I've gotten other deals, too. So don't be so quick to throw the baby out with the bath water, please. I see the stuff that gets brought in, I've seen their main distribution warehouse and I know how they 'handle' items (not gentle at all) So I will not buy site unseen from their web site. I shop instore Goodwill sites, and I get good deals, but I'll only buy from them if I can put my hands on it to get a good look. So I stand by my statement. I have seen their internal operations than not many others have the 'opportunity' to see.
