It looks really really shiny and brown... I don't know if that's an indicator but it just strikes me as odd...

It's a genuine coin that has been cleaned and re-colored. The seller's description of "Choice AU/Uncirculated is marketing BS that worked to the tune of $102.50!

It's a choice EF details, artifically toned, problem coin worth about $40!
