Short Cross Penny Classification Help, Please!

I have found online this kind little coin and it is described as a Henry III short cross penny... do you agree with such classification? The number of ringlets make it no later than 6c1, which is also John. Probably 5c based on the X. I could not really think it was a Henry III penny, the portrait drove me directly to John, but the description (it was on a auction catalogue) said "Henry III"... I was quite disagreeing!
