I Need Help With A 1978 Eisenhower Dollar - Perfect Circle On Obverse

Diamond33 New Member Canada 2 Posts	Posted 10/06/2023 2:18 pm Hi, I have a 1978 Eisenhower dollar with a perfect circle line that goes through liberty and the date but breaks up between the letters and numbers, I am just curious if anyone has seen this and if anyone knows if it's a mint error, I can't find pictures of any other dollar with the same circle.
