Hi, I have a 1978 Eisenhower dollar with a perfect circle line that goes through liberty and the date but breaks up between the letters and numbers, I am just curious if anyone has seen this and if anyone knows if it's a mint error, I can't find pictures of any other dollar with the same circle.

Not a mint error. It's damage caused by a coin rolling/crimping machine.

It is common but I have never seen it on an Eisenhower dollar. Has anyone else seen it on an Eisenhower?

Yes, I've seen this two or three times over the last few decades--not common, but there.
