From the foto, hard to tell. The coin has lots of wear on it, but the "dot" not as much, as if added later. Good luck ... there's only 3 known and they are in museums.

Pics aren't clear enough.
All five known examples are specimen strikes, no known circulation examples have been found according to Charlton's.
