VF30 cleaned, maybe some corrosion.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I'm also EF on this one. While there is some wear showing, it doesn't look even close to enough to bring it down to VF to me. That being said, based on the pictures the surfaces seem a little funky. That just may be a function on the lighting and angles or it may be they are not great. I'd imagine cleaned as a minimum, but possibly other issues as well? It looks like it had terminal toning and got somewhat cleaned or else got some gunk on it. :)
