Have this quarter in very nice shape. I believe it's a proof. Any idea on the value of this coin?

if the dark area near EPU is gunk stuck to the coin, this one's value is determined by its silver content, a few dollars currently, if not maybe a couple dollars over silver value

It's Dark cause the reflection picked up my phone I believe. I know it's not on the coin, just a reflection of some sort.

Not a whole lot of value difference between PF64 and 69.

Monkey spirit,
In order to come up with an idea on coin values you need to first grade it,here is a link on that:https://www.pcgs.com/photograde/
Then you need to look up coin values, here is a link on that:http://m.numismedia.com/rarecoinprices.htm
Also check ebay sold values.

pretty nice quarter - but wit hthe images provided, it is hard to tell if it is a proof or a very nice business strike. (no mirrored fields on the obverse from what I can see.)
