1984-S Lincoln Memorial Cent Striations Normal?

jackson12345 Valued Member Canada 71 Posts	Posted 10/09/2023 01:04 am I have this 1984 proof DCAM that shows strong striations or lines running across the background surface of both sides. They do not run across the images. I am including 3 images to show this. A slight glare is seen on the surface from the thin plastic covering on the coin in its pocket. Is this a normal variant and does it diminish the quality/value of the coin? Thank you in advance. Report this Post to the Staff
