Well something came of the set. Nice obverse die crack(s) running along the bottom of the bust. Split at leading edge with a parallel running just above the date. Couple of southbound offshoots as well. Looks like the reverse has one running from the C or A in America up the wing edge through the B-U-S.
You have Type B 1964 Quarter which all have this crack. If this coin come from bussiness strike Phil you have the second most rare Type B Quarter. What you show was present on all coins Type B Quarters so it is part of the Design, Hub, and you has stage C. This it is NOT event.
