Hello! I found this while coin roll hunting. Noticed it due to the sound. It was higher pitch and almost sounded like silver. Went to weigh it and was surprised to find its almost a full gram lighter! I know this can be due to a thin planchet, but it doesn't look to be any thinner than the 2005s I have on the outside of the picture of the rim. Could this be a wrong planchet? Like something from a foreign denomination? Any information is greatly appreciated!

could be a light planchet the tolerances for this coin is 10.86 to 11.79 grams - your is ever so slightly out of tolerance.

Did a quick search through Koinpros spreadsheet. I couldn't find anything foreign minted this year in Philadelphia. Thanks, Doug.
