This is unfortunately a modern fake. It probably tries to look like an Alexandrian tetradrachm for emperor Diocletian, but those have inscription in Greek, not Latin. Plus, the portrait of Diocletian is far from what it looks like on a genuine coin. The two immediate giveaways, however, are the nearly perfect roundness of the coin (almost never acheived on ancient coins) and the flat raised rim around the periphery (a feature of modern machine minted coins).
