First let me say that I am not sure about your coin's genuinity. The execution of the portrait and the placement of the inscription does not look completely right to me. But I am not sure and hopefully others here can give their opinion too.
Assuming it is genuine, it is a Roman bronze from 317 AD, minted in Arelate/Arles for emperor Licinius II. A value might be something like 50-100 USD.
