1976 D LMC Help With Die Break, Struck Thru Debris Or A Lam Issue And Pareidolia

Here is a dual counterstamp you have seen before.

The reverse A from America looks to have a top half die break. There also appears to be something going on around the field area below the CA like a lamination issue. Or, could this be a simple struck thru.

I think it is a break.

Is there an upside down A circled? or is it Pareidolia?

Can I borrow your eyes and experience for your opinion?

All the areas on the reverse are a direct result of the counterstamp on the obverse.
