Hi All,

Hoping someone can identify the variety of these medallions.

Have tried finding them on Google without success.

The silver item tests as sterling silver.

Diameter of these items is +/- 32mm.

Weight - silver is 17.2 grams and the copper item is 14.7 grams.

Trust someone will be able to shed some light regarding these.

Thanks in advance for assistance.

Mikeh

Very nice pieces @mike. The silver one has some hallmarks on it, including W.J.D. Looks like that might be for William James Dingley, at least according to this page:

Hopefully that helps you get started with your research.

Thanks Spence, still not having any joy.

Was hoping someone from the UK could find this on a medallions website over there.

Need to gather a value for them and would hate to sell them for a song and they are actually rare due to low mintage.
