The coin reads on one side :
REGINA ELIZABET D G ANG FRA ET -around what I assume is a picture of Queen Elizabeth I.
Theres no "H" at the end of Elizabeth though.

On the other :
MEVM POSVI DEVM ADIV

Need-Help-With-A-Coin

Elizibeth the First...1558-1603...milled coinage...could be a shilling. to determine, would need the weight...and a better expert than me...

Sorry, my digital camera is circa 5+ years old, thats the best I can do at the moment (Those are the best and clearest out of multiple tries).

Whats the deal with Elizabeth not having an "H" at the end ?

I am afraid this coin is not genuine: there's not only the missing H, there's also the lettering which is too modern and there's the absence of a mint mark.

Yup.A few others have said similar things,too many inconsistencies with the "coin".On the positive side, I had some fun trying to find out what it was.
