john100 Pillar of the Community Canada 5294 Posts	Posted 10/27/2023 09:11 am These sets are packaged by a third party company in Quebec that to their credit hire challenged persons to assemble these sets and others that the RCM sell. One can see how these packaging errors could happpen, some collectors think this type of error is better than slice bread, can almost assure anyone paying a premium will in time never get their money back, happy collecting !
