What would be the correct term to describe a triple rim on a coin. What do you all think?

Hello. If you could post a photo of the reverse part of the coin would really help in identifying what we have here. If the reverse is centered, then this is a misaligned die. Maybe worth a buck or two!

to the CCF and , Maybe a MAD. If it is it needs to be off enough that it effects the devices to be worth a premium.
