Very light/No FG is caused by die polishing/over polishing event, seen often on this year.

I still see some of the FG. As noted,not an error it is an over polished die issue. The "floating roof" is in the same category.

I know I'm new here so my apologies for disagreeing but as you can see in this photo nothing stands out as being a raised letter. Just basic striations from the metal.

to the CCF Even on your last picture you can still make it out. And as stated above, it's just too much die polishing.
