looks like an improperly stored coin. maybe MS61 or 62

I won't even take a stab, but toners like this sometimes pull down very high grades..

Would need to see the coin in-hand for before attempting a credible assessment. Likely falls in the AU58-MS 62 range. Maybe.

With that toning it is hard to grade from photos.
