coin looks a little better. to me the surfaces are just too dull to show as original. that sheen you see on AU and higher coins just doesn't look like its still there. 50/50 chance it grades straight. don't think that rim nick would detail it. again, you may be seeing something different that what we see in photos so the best assessment will be in hand. you've seen these before and if you have another old copper just compare those surfaces side by side.
