to the CCF, Mpatt83! If you're referring to the scrapes on the reverse of this coin, it appears that it spent some time on a sidewalk or got worked over with sandpaper. Not an error, just post-mint damage ( PMD).

looks like scrapes from sandpaper or equivalent, so post mint damage
