VF30. Obverse cracks seem to match Browning-3, late die state.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. This will be the first Capped Bust quarter added to the collection. Price was okay, at least based on all of the listings I've looked at, both sold and unsold, over the last couple of months. Now where is the free instant drone delivery, I hate the wait.

Looks pretty straight and original to me. I think it has a bit of circulation cameo.
I'm a sucker for Bust coinage with this look, so there's that, but VF30 sounds fine to me, too.
Seems there's a bit of gunk built up at star #1, might try a bit of acetone there and something soft.

the original photos did not show what appears to be a scratch across the bust. where I'm confused about it is that it doesn't cross over the star so I'm not how that would happen. what does it look like in hand? from a grading standpoint TPG's almost always, from what I've seen, never take weak strike into consideration and seem to deem it wear so my VF30 stands and now we need to determine if thats a scratch or what it is. if its a scratch, due to how bright it is, would signify that it occurred recently as its not toned over and therefore would pull a details designation due to how long it is and the location

Panzaldi, it is not a scratch, it is a die crack. That crack loops across and then down and comes down passing through the bottom of the three (you can see this in the sellers pics) to the rim. Then another crack starts up around star 7 and passes through Liberty most notable around the ear and comes all the way down to the rim just to the left of star 13 which is also more apparent in the sellers pics. The arching crack only appears bright because of the angle of the lighting when I took the picture. Overall, I'm very happy with how it appears in hand.
