DL20K Pillar of the Community Poland 3201 Posts	Posted 04/05/2009 04:38 am 1. and 3. are the same: National Bank exchanges "Kreditnyi Bilieti" for gold coin without restrictions as to the total value (1 rouble = 1/15 "imperial", has 17,424 "dolei" of pure gold). The "dolei" is a unit of weight, you can find it mentioned on coins, too. The "imperial" mentioned is of course the 15-rouble coin. "Gosudarstvennyi Kreditnyi Biliet" was the name of the notes, that's the one written on the top of the obverse of the 1 rouble. The text uses "Bilieti" (plural). 4. (the back of the 3 rouble, also present on the back of 1 rouble) 1. The exchange of "Gosudarsvennyikh Kreditnyi Bilietov" for gold coin is guaranteed by the the whole property of the state. 2. "Gosudarstvennyie Kreditnyi Bilieti" circulate in the whole Empire on par with gold coin. 3.
