hello, I want to post on this as I found some more initial errors. I do not want to hijack this post so please let me know if I need to make a new post. this is what I know the only lettering that is raised on the reverse of this quarter is the motto 'IN GOD WE TRUST' and the portrait of Bessie aircraft and clouds.... the rest of this is INCUSED meaning sunk into the coin. my understanding of incused doubling is that the device is smaller than normal. this is very different than what I have seen I am not sure looking at the degree of separation I have 2 different coins with different alignments 1 with what we all know as Machine Doubling ie a flat shelf-like appearance that the die cuts into the device/ die bounce making a flat shelf appearance. but this is not visible on both coins. so have another coin with the other initial C.T.C See the photos below full pic of coin first 3 coins to show I am not convinced of the Error-ref.com ejection impact doubling explanation. so you going to tell me that the coin jumps up and hits the die in that little bitty spot and nowhere else on the coin by the way the smallest device on the coin. I am in no way an expert on any of this... this is just my opinion

I am not convinced of the Error-ref.com ejection impact doubling explanation. also, what would the odds be that 2 or more coins jump off and hit the exact same area of the coin and only that area? no other area of the coin is affected by this coin jump....just does not seem possible but the wired sheet happened I guess

Curious looking. the Initials 'EC' are rotating clockwise and the 'CTC' are going the other direction (CCW)

As you posted, you wouldn't think that that little spot would hit the die upon ejection and nothing else. But I haven't heard any other explanation.

Quote: you wouldn't think that that little spot would hit the die upon ejection and nothing else. With how fast the striking process is, I am not too surprised that a coin can be ejected out of the chamber quick enough to double this tiny area and nothing else. Quote: the Initials 'EC' are rotating clockwise and the 'CTC' are going the other direction (CCW) Fairly certain OP is saying these are two different coins.

The sixth photos is nothing. To day we use micos and we go to high. This it is wrong.
Your coin is complete normal and I do not see Mint annomalies.
Very nice pics which I can analise very clear.
