ICCS "scanning Reject" Meaning?

First scanning reject which mean not genuine, then it is genuine?. I know the value of coin do no cover the fees but with this kind of certification they has to pay damages. Zonad Pillar of the Community Canada 1443 Posts	Posted 11/06/2023 08:21 am Ok, this is obviously an error made by the person holdering the coins. A bulk lot were sent in with multiple coins where the submitter had pregraded coins and then only wanted the coins at least MS65 holdered and they would pay a reduced price for quick scan for coins which don't make the grade.
