Looks like a nice lam. Some collectors love them, I find them just defective planchets.

I have no idea why people call exfoliations Errors. This could be find before strike, on the strike momentum or after strike.

I am not sure but this coin seem to be an very light woody.

Cool lamination. I'd keep it--easy to say since I like coins with strong and unusual lamination issues.
