I'm confused by "beautiful DC o/r" - do you mean die crack or die clash? On reverse? I'm not seeing anything.

Assure die clash obverse stuck reverse ... here is à quick question why is. No cents worth less then with cents since there are 5 mil made of no cents and 16 mil with cents

I don't see a die clash; maybe it's there and doesn't show in the photo.
Are you asking about the 1883 5c No Cents versus With Cents? If so, the answer is that the No Cents type was hoarded because there was a rumor that it was going to be recalled due to the ability to plate them and pass off as $5 coins. Thus while the mintage was 5 times less, they are way more plentiful. It's confusing because you are asking about the 1883 nickel on a thread about a 2 cent coin without specifying year or denomination.
