I agree with the rim ticks but if they were not there I would grade the coin MS65 really close to 66. I don't think they would knock the coin more than 1 point since they are only on the rim. MS64 for me and a 65 would not surprise me since they are nowhere near any key area on the coin and the rest of the coin doesn't exhibit any other marks that would affect grade Report this Post to the Staff
